The April Fool adventure race will offer a little something for everyone. Choose the tough as nails 24 hr race, the 12 hr race or the new 6 hr Orienteering Rogaine. The Ranch offers plenty of lodging for individuals as well as groups and with an early Saturday start you’ll be able to catch some z’s before heading home Sunday. 24 hour Adventure Race Teams of 2 will receive trail maps and most checkpoints at the start of race. This course will challenge even the most seasoned adventure racers! Be prepared for 15-20 miles of paddling, 50-70 miles of biking and 25-40 miles of trekking plus some surprises. Estimated winning time is 24 hours. (Please note that we did not get the minimum of ten 2 person teams to have this event. If you have signed up for the 24 hour race we will refund you or move your team in to the 12 hr race)
12 hour Adventure Race Teams of 2 will receive trail maps and most checkpoints at the start of race. Be prepared for 8-12 miles of paddling, 25-35 miles of biking and 12-20 miles of trekking plus some surprises. Estimated winning time is 12 hours.
Orienteering Rogaine Want to play in the woods, hone your navigation skills and not bother with boats and bikes? Choose this Orienteering foot race. Teams of 1 or 2 will navigate to checkpoints using map, compass and UTM points. Estimated winning time is 6 hours.
